1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Resettia website and the relocation and settling-in services provided by Resettia, S.L. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Resettia provides administrative guidance and support for individuals and families relocating to Spain, including assistance with visas and residency, NIE and registration, housing search, schools, banking and healthcare set-up. The scope of services for each client is set out in a written service agreement.
3. No guarantee of official outcomes
Resettia is an independent service provider and is not a government body or a law firm. We do not control and cannot guarantee decisions made by Spanish or other authorities, including visa, residency or registration outcomes. Our responsibility is to prepare accurate documentation, book appointments and provide clear guidance with reasonable care and skill.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
- Attend appointments arranged on your behalf and meet any official deadlines.
- Make your own decisions regarding contracts, tenancies and financial commitments.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your service agreement before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, fees cover Resettia's services only and do not include third-party costs such as official charges, translations or rental deposits.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a service in line with the terms of your service agreement. Where work has already been carried out, fees for that work may remain payable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for delays or outcomes caused by third parties, authorities or incomplete information provided by you.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and the Resettia name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Resettia, S.L. and may not be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
