How we use your data
We process your data to respond to enquiries, prepare your relocation plan, book appointments with Spanish authorities and service providers, deliver the services you request, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our service.
Sharing your data
We share data only where necessary to deliver your services — for example with translators, the relevant public authorities, or vetted advisors you ask us to engage. We do not sell your personal data. Where processors act on our behalf, they are bound by appropriate data-protection agreements.
International transfers
Your data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide your services and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email warren@resettia.cyou. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
